The Invisible Reality

All of Heaven is available to help us

In a July, 2003 message, the Blessed Mother speaks about heaven. “Dearest children, your mother wishes to assure you that all will be well. When you look toward heaven, you are not afraid. This is because you then see this world as a transient state. It is not in the world that you are destined to spend eternity, but in heaven. Therefore, my dear children, you must concern yourselves with heavenly causes and heavenly things. Dear ones, note how refreshed you feel after a conversation with a like-minded soul. Heaven is flled with souls such as these, who have fought the good fight. They are alert to the struggles on earth and the struggles you personally are having. There is great love and support for you. How anxious I am for you to serve my Son so that you will enjoy heaven. Little souls, your best imaginative dream of heaven falls far short of the reality. Such happiness will be yours. And Jesus asks only that you say ‘yes’ to Him and be willing to serve. Your mother blesses you.”

We could find no better way to describe the purpose of Daily Beatitude than the Prologue of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Paragraph 1:

God, infinitely perfect and blessed in himself, in a plan of sheer goodness freely created man to make him share in his own blessed life. For this reason, at every time and in every place, God draws close to man. He calls man to seek him, to know him, to love him with all his strength. He calls together all men, scattered and divided by sin, into the unity of his family, the Church. To accomplish this, when the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son as Redeemer and Savior. In his Son and through him, he invites men to become, in the Holy Spirit, his adopted children and thus heirs of his blessed life.

We are called to live in beatitude. This contemplation is one designed to help us incorporate the beatitudes into our day. This work is not one of absolutes. It is just one way to incorporate the countenance of Jesus into each day. It is not the only way. View our rationale.
