Tuesday of Holy Week
Jn 13:21-33, 36-38In an indirect way, Judas is the focus of today's gospel as well as yesterday's. At the Last Supper, Jesus announces he will be betrayed. The story goes on with the apostles asking who it will be. Although the negative focus is on Judas, the gospel reading ends with the confirmation of the betryal of Peter.
The sorrow of Our Dear Lord must be profound.
